Our goal is to get your order to you as inexpensively as possible. If actual shipping charges will be considerably less than those shown on the chart, an adjustment will be made to your order accordingly.
All prices are subject to change, but we will give notice before any changes are made.
Shipping Rates for General Miniatures
(These rates do not apply to doll house kits or large heavy items.)
up to $50 $4.75 $50.01 - $100 $5.95 $100.01 - $199 $6.95 $200 and up FREE
International orders will be charged exact shipping. Please specify Economy, Airmail, Global Priority, or Global Express in the message box of the order form. Also, please add any special shipping instructions for your order. You will see two charges on your card. One charge for the order before taking it to the Post Office and another charge for the exact shipping charge after the package has been shipped.
Shipping Rates for Dollhouse Kits
Due to increasing shipping rates, shipping on all dollhouse kits will be exact shipping charge to your zip code. If you would like to know the shipping charge for the kit you wish to order, please email me with your zip code. Otherwise, exact shipping will be added to your order at the time of shipping. There will be no packing or handling fees added to the charge.
Shipping on Assembled Items
Rates will be actual shipping charges with no "add-ons."
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. We will be happy to exchange it or provide you with store credit. Please contact us for return authorization. Custom made items and dollhouse kits are non-returnable.
Our guarantee to you is that we will not share your information with anyone. Unless it is required by law.
