The inner walls and floors are constructed from 1/4" MDF. The individual window sashes are 1/8" MDF. The two attic rooms are accessible by lifting the front of the roof. Two chimneys and two staircases complete this easy to assemble kit. Exterior doors and windows are included. Full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper also included.
